  Service was great! Had my Jeeps tires rotated and oil changed and full inspection in like an hour and half. Prices were great too. As for sales, Parker is the man! Very helpful and great to work with. Highly recommend this place for any needs.

  I went into the dealership unsure but hopeful that I would be able to find a quality used Jeep. The first person I met was Holly who was the best salesperson I could have dealt with. She was great! No typical sales rhetoric, just great conversation about my situation and what I was looking for. In the end, the entire team there worked to get me a great deal on a great car! I am so thankful and will definitely refer friends and family to go and see Holly!

  I believe in second chances. After around 3 months from my first visit, I received a call from Kaleb and he asked kindly to give him and the dealership a chance to change my previous experience around. I gave that chance and it went very well from the trade in, to the overall sale and today the service dept top notch experience. I'm happy that the experience changed to a pleasant one. If you are looking for a new vehicle. This is the place.
  
  My review 3 months ago: 2 stars. Althought the sales person was very friendly and willing to work a price ( for his friendly service I give him 4 stars). The dealer 2 stars, the reason been is way too many astronomical fees added to the vehicle sales price. If you want to attract buyers and maintain customer loyalty some of these unheard of fees have to go.

  I have stopped by several times to this dealership and have always felt that the people in sales were friendly and Knowledgeable. Most recently I went there and was looking to buy a Chrysler Pacifica and we were fortunate enough to get Austin Saunders as our sales associate.
  
  From the moment we met we felt he knew his product, was confident in his approach and very accommodating.
  
  As a car buff I usually know way more about the product than the sales people but not with Austin. He fully demonstrated the features of this very modern vehicle that has many bells and whistles.
  
  Furthermore, the sales support staff including the sales manager and finance manager were all knowledgeable, polite and professional.
  
  If you're in the market for a new vehicle from Chrysler, Jeep or Doge o highly recommend Napleton in Clermont and ask for Austin.
  
  5/2018 Update: Unfortunately I had to free up cash flow and sold the vehicle back to the dealership, I was treated fairly and the process was simple and straightforward.
  
  1/2019 Update. Bought a new Jeep Cherokee from this same dealer and salesman. Still have a good relationship with Austin. This dealership does a great job!
