I needed an optical sound converter to analog for my TV install. I call Innovative electronics / Radio Shack and they walked me through exactly what I needed. When I arrived at the store the cable and device were ready and waiting. I was able to talk through my problem and get exactly what was necessary to make my system work. They were extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Outstanding knowledge and friendly service!

I had a vage idea of what I needed per my husband the gentleman took the time to listen to me and made a suggestion. It was great my husband was happy.

Found some components I wanted for a project. Also found a couple of things I was going to have to order online. Now I don’t have to wait for them.
