From the initial phone call to the actual visit, Dr. Welter and the entire staff at MCC is not only thorough but immensely compassionate and friendly. They took the time to explain everything, and the amount of information they provide for further education and understanding is more than I could have asked for, let alone expected. I felt heard, not rushed in any aspect of my questions or visit, and learned so much in my interactions with the doctor and team.

The doctor was so informative and forth coming with options. As a caregiver for a pediatric patient, the transition from another clinic to this one was seamless. All the staff have been extremely patient with my many questions! Definitely recommend!
