Recently switched to The Better Pool Guy after receiving poor service from our previous company. I didn't realize what a difference it makes working with people who really understand pools. Ray was great! He came out for our onboarding and explained the service we would receive, set expectations moving forward for how our pool should look, and provided ideas for to help keep our pool looking great year round. Very happy with the move to The Better Pool Guy!
The Better Pool Guy also needs to add Girl to their name. I just moved to Claremont and having both Beth and Ray available to assist me has been nothing short of amazing. This is the first time I have owned a pool and both of them have answered all of my questions. Ray was our Family's "POOL SCHOOL" teacher and we all gave him an A+++. Ray was very thorough and knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions and was patient and very friendly. Beth's Customer Service skills, friendliness and equipment knowledge also deserves an A+++. Dealing with The Better Pool Guy/Girl Team felt more like dealing with good friends. Thank you both for such a positive experience.

Ryan Gull is wonderful. He’s always extremely knowledgeable and does an outstanding job every week. He is also very helpful on helping with any questions I have. He’s explained and shows me how to reset the pool pump (ours needs to be reset each time we loose power). Thank you Ryan for all your help. You’re wonderful.
My husband and I purchased our home here in Clermont a little over a year ago. This is our first home and our first pool and we had no clue what we were doing. We found Better Pool Guy from a google search and we've had nothing but good experiences. We are more of a DIY couple so my husband would stop off at the store all the time to ask questions, get supplies, and have the pool water tested and almost ever single time Karen was there to pump him full of as much information as she could. She helped us get our pool from a neon green to crystal clear when we first moved in.
A few months later, we were having filtration issues and decided to turn the pool pump off for the winter while we saved to replace the DE filter we had. After shopping around for pricing we still went with Better Pool Guy to do the work even though it was a bit higher than or equal to a few quotes we got solely because Karen made us trust the company and we are more than happy we did. Jack was the tech that installed our filter and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me set the pool timer, labeled pipes, answered all of my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was done. We will definitely be going back to them for all of our pool needs and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.
Absolutely love how our pool looks like this week after week. Thanks to Evan our weekly pool guy, whom we depend on seeing every Thursday like clockwork! Reasonable priced for excellent service
