Welcome Om is my 2nd home and I am so grateful to practice in this wonderful yoga studio. Welcome Om is a space full of love and positive energy and Penny and Julie are amazing instructors who truly care about each and every yogi who enters their studio. I love this place. Its a wonderful space for doing yoga, light and airy with a lot of nice touches to keep it intimate. Penny's flows are amazing and epic. Still working up my courage on TRX! The web site makes it easy to sign up for classes. Highly recommended.

This studio is my home away from home. I started taking yoga classes with Julie and Penny two years ago and my life has never been the same. The opening of Welcome OM is their dream come true and mine too! Thanks to these two women, my life has changed mentally, physically and spiritually.
