I appreciated her insight and flexibility during price negotiation. She even solicited multiple colleagues to help with my purchase and making sure my vehicle was actually the right choice for me. I was surprised to find, that every colleague she asked for assistance was more than happy to oblige. The dealership has a very family feel. “Our sales rep was Leon Miller and we cannot say enough good things about his knowledge, expertise, honesty, demeanor, and his fantastic personality. We purchased an SUV in 2011 from Paul who is now the General Manager of Headquarter Honda. Both of them today made this the easiest purchasing experience we have ever had getting a vehicle. We were so impressed with the time and knowledge that Leon took with us to make sure we understood between the different levels of the CRV's on their lot. Leon broke down the vehicles so we could get a total and complete understanding of each one. His test drive was the best test drive I have ever been on since I started driving 47 years ago. Then he made sure we got the exact color we wanted by making sure we saw every available color and waiting while we decided on what we wanted. We felt we were always treated fairly and honestly and they did exactly what they said they could do for us. Tremendous props to Tony in the finance department as he was as helpful and polite as he was in 2011. After meeting with Tony, Leon spent another tremendous amount of time with us making sure we understood about what we just purchased.
