“Hull put in our well a couple of years ago, but we did not really start using water until our house was finally built. When we started using water there seemed to be some color in the water. I called a couple of the National water treatment companies who came out and quoted $4000 systems. My builder suggested that I call Hull. Hull came out and tested the water and said it was fine!! They would be glad to sell me a $4000 system, but we didn't need it. These folks are great and honest!! You won't go wrong with Eddie and his team.”

“Stars are based on price to value. We stayed in room 160. I was dreading the stay based in some reviews, but it was fine. Room was stocked, neat and orderly. No sign of any bugs. Room was as pictured. Breakfast was good. Everything was fresh and well stocked. It was a ADA room so larger than regular rooms I assume. Pool was clean. The place needs a really thorough cleaning, updated patio furniture, walkways need cleaning, better lighting. This isn't a vacation resort, but if you need simple accommodations in Clermont area, its fine. Early morning noises is true, but it's a travel stop, not a resort.”

“This is our second stay at Andrew’s luxury estates. The first was Sweet Escape a few years ago. This time we stayed at Great Escape Lakeside with our 5 children/spouses, 4 grandchildren, and a few other close relatives. We stayed 8 nights and had the best time!!!! We do family vacations each January, so have experienced several different ways to get together. Great Escape Lakeside was perfect for our group. Plenty of bedrooms/baths for the adults and kids. Several common areas to meet up, play games and eat. The pool, hot tub, FAST slide and lazy river were all big hits. We only left the grounds one day to enjoy Universal Studios. Otherwise, we were very content to spend time using all the fun house and lake amenities. Highly recommend both Sweet Escape and Great Escape Lakeside!! Will most likely be back in a few years to stay at Andrew’s latest dream house, Great Escape Parkside.”

“Excellent service, after hours and weekends too...live service, not automated and impersonal. My AC unit went out and it was after 8p.m. They walked me through - on the phone- what to do, and my AC came back on - and they had a service technician- Ray Jones there first thing and I mean 7: 30 am - Ray was thorough, informative and covered every aspect of the AC unit imaginable...the air has been on since and if I ever have an issue I will turn to AC Guys and if Ray is our technician again that will be a welcome bonus!!!”

“I booked the Ever After Estate for a small wedding with our family. It was the perfect setting for a weekend with our loved ones. The booking process was seemless, the property was well stocked and the overall time was amazing. We arrived and were greeted by staff who took the time to make sure we were familiar with everything we needed. We settled in and began enjoying all the amazing amenities the place has to offer. Our wedding was perfect and enjoyable and the approved vendors did not disappoint. My only regret is that we did not book it for longer. I am truly grateful to Andrew and Ginger for all that they have put into the Ever After Estate and look forward to the possibility of visiting other locations in the future.”

“A hidden gem of a 55+ RV Park 30 North of the Majic Kingdom. Lots are individually owned....but there are rental opportunities. Beautifully landscaped lots, friendly owners & numerous activities. We rented for the winter of 2018... But within a week we were looking for a lot to buy. Very happy we did.”
