Countryside Diner

I went to your wonderful diner today for brunch. The service was impeccable and the food was wonderful. But, they had the AC so cold in there that I ate fast just to get outside where it was warmer. I was just miserable in the cold in there. Please, in cold weather, turn up the AC so it’s comfortable to eat. I’ll be back, maybe in summer.

Eggs benedict for my lady. I had a picture perfect omelette supreme, perfect hash browns with cheese and onions. Beautifully prepared.

Very nice atmosphere clean decent service very friendly quick to be served down home cooking and delicious food would definitely visit again.

Excellent food and wonderful waitress!! My food came to me with a hair in it and they not only replaced my meal but gave me my meal for nothing!! They didn't have to do that and I told them that, but they insisted!! Will go back!!

We actually like this place. Used to be the Combat Cafe but this is a welcome addition since Combat relocated towards Umatilla. The waitstaff is pleasant and food is very good, priced well and place is clean.

First! the not so good: the coffee. Oh well win some lose one. The rest? Really good. The picture Sunshineytlew posted shows the overall of the presentation. You can read her review about her Country Fried Steak. I got the Eggs Benedict. The sauce was quite lemony! We will go back.
