(July 3, 2019, 5:11 pm)My first experience using Munn's services. We were impressed with their customer service when we made the appointment. Really was impressed with the maintenance technician Sheree Gough when she came to do the annual inspection. She is super friendly, obviously enjoys her job and takes pride in the work she does. She answered questions I had about how our unit works as she went along to test the different parts she explained what she was doing. It gave me an opportunity to learn about our unit but it also gave me peace of mind that she is very confident in what she is doing. She also speaks very highly of Munn's as a whole. I know that if I owned a company I would want her representing me!
It is god to know there are still reputable companies and employees out there to trust.
(July 1, 2019, 1:06 pm)Our service tech Sawyer notified us in advance of his arrival, actually arrived a few minutes early, and then very quickly and efficiently serviced our air conditioning unit for its 6 month check up/maintenance. He was thorough and careful of his surroundings. We are very pleased with the service that Munn’s employees provides.

We were fortunate to have Will Maldonado come to our home and check our mini split in June, 2019. He was thorough, personable, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Extremely pleased at the level of professionalism at Munn’s. Another 5 stars.
(June 20, 2019, 6:06 pm)My experience is with the installation team. They came on time, protected everything before starting, had everything they needed and went to work. Great job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. Explained very well how everything worked. This was a new A/C system for my mom and at 84, she was able to understand what was going on and how to control things. Great guys! Thanks!!!
(June 14, 2019, 11:41 am)Munn's AC service is always the best! They are our comfort systems service co for our entire home system for years - we would never consider switching. They have always been so prompt and customer oriented. Their service rep Mark Chen is simply wonderful - so professional and personable. A+++ all the way. In Florida, we so depend on our AC...and occasional heat for our home... Thank you folks!
