(May 24, 2019, 2:23 pm)These guys are amazing! Katie is an amazing person to work with and is very responsive to emails and calls. I live in NC now but I suggest this place to all my friends in the area in Florida. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with because I'm forgetful and indecisive and they were still able to work with me and get me in the car I needed.
(March 10, 2019, 1:36 am)I very rarely write reviews about anything that I buy, but felt compelled to do so based on the amazing experience I had at HONEST AUTOS. The best way to describe it would be that it felt like I was buying a car from a close friend or a family member, and that is unheard of in the car sales industry. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy a car. Their asking price on the Mazda CX-5 that I bought was already a very fair price and they were willing to come down even lower.
I travelled 2.5 hours based on the great reviews and was willing to take the chance and am not regretting it. So to all of you shady and unscrupulous dealerships out there who were within a 100 mile radius of my zip code, I have one question for you. So how do you like me now??
In closing, I want to thank Byron and his great team for having morals, high ethical standards and being genuine folks. It was a pleasure doing business with all of you and thanks for keeping it real!
