“If possible, use UPS rather than USPS. I sent a letter via USPS with the receiver a few blocks away via 1-Day priority mail. After 6 days, USPS finally found which facility it slept in. However, the staff of this store handled my backup mail in such a professional and helpful way that I saved money and got my mail delivered next morning. Cannot thank her enough.”
