(March 26, 2019, 2:43 pm)We just had the most wonderful 50th Anniversary party here. The day was beautiful. The food was fabulous. The staff were fantastic to deal with from the beginning to the day of the event. It was perfect! Thanks!
(January 15, 2019, 11:49 am)The rooms and interior hallways are dated, but very clean. The service from the front desk staff and La Margarita staff was top-notch! The food was excellent. My only caution is that, while the resort staff will tell you that they have charging for electric vehicles (specifically Teslas), no one knows where it is or how to access it.
(January 9, 2019, 10:47 am)The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic small patio overlooking the course. The El Campeón course was in great condition and the greens were true and fast. There are a lot of elevation changes on this 100 year old golf course, something you rarely find on a Florida golf course. The laid back La Margarita Restaurant was my favorite for drinks and dinner and the La Margarita Burger was cooked to perfection. I will be back.
(December 24, 2018, 7:13 pm)This hotel, long in the tooth, has been working pretty hard to improve over the last three or four years. They have now reached the point where they are getting close to being a place where you could actually have a deluxe respite on a beautiful golf course. Accolades to them for taking some of these comments seriously. Not five stars, but a solid four. Rooms still need a pretty solid good refresh, but they are acceptable. Keep it coming!
