This is my first experience with private duty nursing and it has been awesome. Mike and his team are beautiful to work with. They matched me with Lod who is a beautiful person inside and out. I love her and wish I could adopt her. She is kind, respectful, considerate and has been a true blessing. Thanks guys. You are all the BEST!!!❤️❤️❤️

The service and the care that we’ve gotten from Brian has been far above anything else we’ve had in the almost 2 years of home care that we have had. I make it difficult for them with a flexible schedule that I need and they’ve always been able to accommodate us.

Overall, good company, honest and flexible.
Dawn is kind, responsive and very accommodating. She always helped me with last minute schedule changes, always listened to feedback and got me the best caregivers.
I only gave it 4 stars because it took a few caregivers to get to the right ones for us. However, once we got the right fit, it was great. Our caregivers were kind, skilled and very helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and my dad was really happy with them, even though he is a harsh judge.
We only stopped service due to cost, but if we could afford them, we would have loved to continue the care for my dad.

My mother was quarantined at a facility for 2 weeks during Covid, requiring 24/7 care. Diagnosed with advanced Alzheimer's mom could no longer stay in her home. She could not navigate her cell and the staff would assist so she could talk to me every time either of us requested (4-5 times daily) LOL. Aqua Home Care staff was always attentive, caring and patient! Each caregiver would give me an update for the shift.
This was a very difficult time for me because mom needed full time care and as a Critical Care RN for over 30 years it was extremely difficult to trust others to take over for me. Immediately I was confident that Aqua Home Care was my best replacement!
Recently, I requested assistance with financial accountability information necessary for me to be released as guardian by the courts. Both Chris Brooks and Carman Ryan promptly responded and provided the documentation requested.

I would highly recommend Aqua Homecare to anyone who needs assistance with themselves or a family member. Chelsea the regional manager came to my mothers rehabilitation room to explain all the benefits and processes to us prior to her even going home. She was a tremendous help to us throughout the entire process. Our caregivers Ritha, tahany, Janice and Donna were so kind to my mother and helped her every step of the way.
