  I've spent a good amount of time in the neighborhood and it's a comfortable place to be. Nice and laid back, friendly people. I'm kinda going to miss it when I leave this sh#t hole.

  Very nice, clean, friendly people. Really liked, considering purchasing home and locating it here, at least for the winter months for now. Club house and pool are beautiful. They have Tennis courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, baseball diamond, and much more...very nice. Actually everything was very clean and quite. Very friendly staff, a special thank you to Mrs. Robinson she works the gate and she was so nice to us and showed us her house, a variation of the plan we're interested in. It was absolutely beautiful! Our sales woman, Thersa Ford ,is very, very nice, if she doesn't know the answer to your questions she will find it! Too many pictures to choose from
