(August 6, 2019, 3:41 pm)I would like to express my appreciation for the care providers at LLSC. My step-mom had a fall and I noticed a significant improvement with her mobility within a month of residency. The nurses and aides are kind despite being run off their feet. Jane in the business office is most helpful and demonstrates a sincere interest and compassion for the well-being of the residents. The building appears older but it is clean and the hallways and rooms are free of clutter. My questions and concerns have all been promptly addressed. My step-mom is happy here and she will remain at LLSC post PT rehab as a resident. Thank you for all you do at LLSC.
(July 31, 2019, 12:15 pm)I would like to thank Lady Lake Specialty Care . Kimberly, Delia, Betty...and everyone that took great care of my Mother. Going out of your way and buying whoppers from BK just so my mom would eat..I could go on and on about..But, the most important thing is the care and compassion you all ( and you know who you all are)gave my mother. Lady Lake Specialty Care was like a second home for me. I could call Kimberly anytime I was feeling down about my mom or any concerns I had. Every concern I had was dealt with in a timely manner. My mother was there a little bit over a year. She has now passed on and I would send her back to Lady lake specialty care if I ever had to do it again. No regrets. Thank you again for taking care of my mother.
