(July 6, 2019, 3:23 pm)Been going here for several months. The hours are perfect for anyone's schedule. The facility is always clean. There is always someone from staff on hand to answer questions. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Plenty of equipment so typically there is no waiting. They have quite a few classes which are included in your membership. Great atmosphere to train.

(April 9, 2019, 6:25 am)Clean gym with many extras like racket ball, infrared sauna, indoor virtual golf, tanning bed, free weights room, cardio room, cable weight room, nice big class space and daycare. The staff is great.
