Extremely poor attitude, threw my requested purchase on the counter after she tried telling me I was wrong when in fact I was correct. I suppose this irritated her. She should not be in customer service for The store instead stocking shelves when it's closed therefore no customers will have to endure her poor inexcusable attitude. Leave it at the door if you are having a bad day, or simply call off. It hurts the store when people get this kind of reaction. I will refrain from going to this store for anything in the customer service department. On the other hand, the cashier was very friendly and efficient.”

I’m a total beginner when if comes to sewing but I’ve been wanting to learn the craft for many years now. Turns out it was just on a different setting, but they were very helpful to me. Thank you especially to Andy and Carol for being so wonderful and understanding towards a beginner sewer. “This Perkins is similar to others in their menu choices. They serve breakfast all day (oh boy!!). As you enter, 2 large bakery displays are full of pretty baked goods including: many pies, eclairs, cookies, brownies, muffins, cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls. The staff is very nice and moreover, it's usually the same folks. I do appreciate the fact that 1 evening when I was approached in the parking lot by a man, one of the male waiters saw & came screaming out of the restaurant to ward him off. Thank you very much!”

“Edit: The owner resolved the issue to our customers satisfaction. I am a realtor and one of my listings has a pool that is supposed to be taken care of by pinch a Penny in lady lake. I went to show the house this week and the water level was incredibly low. Apparently they saw the level was low and noted a leak but didn’t say anything to either the owner or myself (my sign is very prominent on the lawn). They supposedly fixed it two days later. I then spent hours re filling the pool. The “technician” came back yesterday, Friday, but was in such a rush to “get home before it starts raining” he left the pool looking green and still with no pump. He then said he wouldn’t be back until Tuesday. So that leaves a house with a green pool and no pump over the weekend. I called the store and the woman who I spoke with was terribly rude. All of her answers were condescending like I was interrupting her day. I now have a listing with a green pool and no pump over the weekend.”
