“Each and every time I have had to go to this office I have been greeted and given good customer service. Packages are generally delivered properly, on an occasion a package was delivered to the wrong address but my neighbors are good and brought to my home. This office has to accommodate a wide variety of people from you to old and everyone in between, maybe the customers need to learn patiences and they aren't the center of the universe. “Just had a great experience with Johnson Brothers Plumbing! I attempted to change the cartridge in my shower faucet because it appeared to be simple enough. Of course, Murphy’s Law took place, and I now had an emergency. I tried calling several plumbers, but no one could help me. When I called Johnson Brothers and explained what had happened, I was put on a short hold for about three minutes, and then told that they could get someone out to me in about 90 minutes. An hour later the truck arrived! Michael was very prompt courteous and professional. He handled the situation with great skill and ease. All of my worries disappeared! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE seeking a good plumber!”
