(October 9, 2018, 3:31 pm)Travis and Malik were scheduled to arrive between Noon and 2pm. They showed up right at Noon. They performed the new spa set-up, informing me at each step what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what I should do in the future. Very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
