(June 20, 2023, 1:23 pm)I met Jonathan at Brownwood (he has a location where he sells his plants at the Farmers Market on Saturdays). Since then I have been out to his nursery at 1910 Lewis Rd., on two occasions (he sets aside Fridays between 7 - 11 AM to accommodate people from The Villages). Jonathan said that if he doesn't have the plant that I want his sister or cousin will have one. It's a family affair. I bought eight plants and several buckets of compost and planted them myself. Jonathan gave me help on what plant to buy for each location in my yard and how to care for the plants. The price was right. The plants look great. The only regret I have is not meeting Jonathan before going to some of the other landscapers in the area.
(February 1, 2018, 10:06 am)Jonathan, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable of not only plants but shrubs trees and even different cactus plants and how to care or even when to remove to prevent issues. I hired him twice now at very reasonable prices each time and he kept me in the loop on scheduling and was on time. Hired him to remove a large unruly cactus as well as two palms all too close to the house and causing issues. He is very professional and personable. (Yes he also does kayack trips and is very knowledgeable in that area as well and provides the equipment...I look forward to experiencing an adventure with him soon). But now my place is free from the unruly and that makes me a very happy customer! Highly recommend!!!
(July 10, 2017, 5:25 pm)Jon / Just perfect Plants is where to get the healthiest native Florida plants !! His degree from UF & years of growing plants for our Florida soil & weather make him an expert. He won't sell it if you can't grow it here in central Florida! Flowers, Vegetables, Landscaping. My favorite plant I got from him is a Florida Peach tree!! It was loaded with peaches this year that were wonderful! Thanks Jon!!
