In Charge Electric

Matt recently fixed a light fixture issue we were having in our home. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We appreciate the reasonable pricing and prompt service. I highly recommend In Charge Electric and we would definitely use them in the future.

This is the fourth time I've used their services. This was a major job: replacement of a rusted out meter box and breaker panel at my well (and a bitter cold morning today for Florida, with a nasty wind chill). They pulled the permit, arranged for inspection, and coordinated with the power company to have the service disconnected and restored the same day they did the work to minimize down time. Their electricians are always courteous and professional, and they do a thorough job. May not be the cheapest but I've had plenty of poor quality jobs done by cheaper companies. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them.

Alex and Andy worked well together as a team. They both knew what needed to be accomplished and divided up the work to get the installations done quickly. We had an older fan that we lost the mounting bracket for. Even the fan company didn't have the part because it was so old. Alex saw the excellent condition and thought he may have the mounting bracket needed in his truck. To our delight he did!! We thought the remote for the lanai ceiling fan needed to be replaced but Andy showed up we were using it wrong. (oh well...) Both of these above and beyond things were within the first 5 minutes of them starting to work. You don't find workmanship like that today.
That night we noticed that one of the ceiling fans wasn't working the way it should - and after staring at the pendant lights in the kitchen, over night, we thought they were too high. Alex was back out the next day and took care of both things.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done - Alex and Andy were both great!!

Requested a quote to install an outlet for my EV charger. I was contacted quickly and an appointment was set up. My technician was Blake and he was an amazing person to work with. He was on time and easy to talk with. He answered every question I had in detail and showed me step by step what he would be doing. Blake showed me my quote on the spot and I agreed to have the job done.

Blake returned to do the job 3 days later and he proceeded to do an amazing job. Once the outlet was in place, Blake mounted the Charger and then helped get the unit set up. He stayed after the job was complete just to make sure we had no malfunction to the unit or breaker once we plugged the charger into the vehicle for the first time.

Blake was a great representative for his company and because of him I would strongly recommended In Charge Electric.

In Charge Electric is on point. Everything in the process was seamless and convenient and the price was very reasonable. Other electricians in the area had much longer wait times and higher prices. Matt was very professional, gave me a quick and fair estimate and came out the following week to do the work. The electric outlet and switch he installed are perfect, he left everything super clean, the work was completed fast and at a fair price. He even helped me with a electric panel question I had. I could not ask for better service.

In addition, the customer service was impeccable when calling in for scheduling. The phone was always answered by someone polite and knowledgeable.
