“Changed storage company due to major theft at another facility. PMS is more secure since they aren't open 24/7. Access only available when staff present and signing in is required. They have dollies and wheeled carts for moving heavier items and even allowed a shelf installation for maximum use of space. Their customer service is excellent and everyone was a pleasure to work with. Surprised us to receive a refund as we closed out our unit mid-month. Will be happy to use them again should the need arise. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Pick up and drop off were simple, the facility was clean and well maintained, truck was in great shape, but best of all the staff was awesome! The lady at the counter (didnt catch her name) was sweet as can be and Eddy was so nice, ran over to open the door for me like a true gentleman and checked me in quick and efficient because I was in a hurry. Very Highly recommend!”
