“Tiny drop off office. Clean parking. Very friendly and courteous staff. While shipping a package, a very elderly man came in. The employee immediately recognized the man. She explained to him that somebody was trying to scam him. He came in earlier, she explained to me, with several thousand dollars in cash. Then left to get a money order after being told that cash can not be shipped that way. If not for her looking out for the customer the way she did, that customer would be thousands of dollars poorer. Kudos!!!”
