“Sales department was a little deceptive but after six weeks delivered and delivery staff was excellent I even went to warehouse to see before delivery staff was great and had one problem with recliner but was quickly repair by Best repair man I would recommend buying here prices are great except for showroom manager attitude I would return with showroom manager not all but one sucks I'm guest relations. Thumb up for delivery and customer satisfaction I'll probably be a return customer.”

“Ross plumbing was very responsive to our need for a plumber. A supervisor called shortly after our initial call so he could assess our problem and send the right man for the job. Frank arrived on time and ready to take on a monumental task to solve our problem. He provided an accurate estimate for the job and completed the job ahead of schedule. We could not spend the day at home for this huge outside job Frank was taking on. Frank called us with updates clearly explaining his findings and offering solutions. When we returned home we were so pleasantly surprised at the condition of the work area Frank spent the day in. He had to remove a large slab of our cement walkway, dig up our yard and garden bed. Aside from the missing slab you would not have known he did all he did. There was no mound of dirt in the yard or garden, there was no dust from the cement on the house, there were no muddy foot prints on the remaining walkway or driveway. We could not be more satisfied with Frank and our experience with Ross Plumbing. We highly recommend Ross Plumbing and Frank.”

My only concern was a lot of sacs on equipment. Not sure if they were egg sacs for spiders or cacoons. Just told my boys to watch for them.”
