Amazing place. I am not a gym person with no consistency if exercising by myself. I found in this gym a Monday to Friday (6:30pm) super structure Boxing / Full Body 30 minutes (hardcore) program that you hate to love. Lost over 10 pounds with no diet in the first 3-5 months. This is my relax time and best part of the day. We push each other, we have a great time and hate our trainer Amro as a group :) I will recommend this class to everyone, great respect, boys and girls pushing each other. Amro is a professional MMA giving us the full experience of his expertise. BUT, I still hate the burpees…. YOU NEED TO TRY THIS!!!!

The owner is very nice and respectful and the price is fair. Only reason not getting 5 stars is comparing it to other gyms at that price range would offer more equipment and features but to be fair it is a small gym in a small town so keeping that into consideration it offers all you need for your work out. And from that point of view it's worth it and I highly recommend.

10/10 recommend! If you were associated with this place before and are skeptical due to what happened, don’t be. The new owner is amazing and extremely attentive. He keeps the place clean and has goals for making the place the best he can. I am really glad he got ahold of this place and so happy to be apart of this gym again.

10/10 wanna go everyday🤩you can actually deadlift here and they have a bench press 👍🏼unlike Planet fitness. Also It’s not as packed as cf so you will always have what you need available without having to wait forever. Customer service is also great! Oh and the best part it’s open 24/7!!!!

Ever since I started working out at the gym immediately I felt a connection to it. It’s almost more than a gym, it’s a lifestyle. The fact that I can come at the gym anytime I want and have a stress-free workout honestly means the world to me. Thank you so much 24fitness elite for helping me get back into my fitness journey.
