If you need AC repair this is the place to call. We have used Del Air in the past. We went to Kalos based on some recommendations. After receiving what seemed to be an outrageous quote we called Bill's who went above and beyond to determine that our unit was actually under warranty. They came out to our house the next day and did the repair. The repair cost was astronomically different. It just proves that sometimes you do better when you support your local business. Air conditioning compressor quit. Called Bill's who called back promptly and came out the next morning. Karl had great news. It was just the capacitor. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. We were up and running in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again!!!
AMAZING SERVICE AND PRICE..... A/C went out during night and the next morning I called Bill"s A/C and before 11am our unit was up and running again during the hot July heat.....Karl does such great work! Highly recommend these guys!!!
We had an emergency when our air went out. My daughter has quadriplegic cerebral palsy and no air conditioning poses an extreme health risk for her.
