So impressed with both Robert and Lisa! I had a water leak in between both bathrooms in my house (they share a common wall). My insurance offered $6,500 to remodel both bathrooms. Which wouldn’t have even covered the labor.
Long story short, after hiring Public Loss Adjusters they completely took care of everything and I just cashed a check for $20,000. Thank you Robert and Lisa! 🙏🏼

I came here especially to thank Robert and write a review for him (he didn't ask me to) as he was so helpful to me on the two occasions when I called. I called last week and was put through to him. I'd never spoken to an adjuster, but a roofing company told me to call one, so they can tell me the approximate age of my roof. Anyway, I didn't really know what I was doing. I was put through to Robert. He explained to me what an adjuster does and gave me honest advice on finding my roofs age through the city and county. I followed his advice and called him again today with more questions about my roof. He went and looked at my roof for me today, on his break, just to give me advice. Not for me to use his service, just to help me. ALL FOR FREE!! I want to thank him so much for taking so much time out to talk to me and look at my roof. He's truly ethical, professional, honest and kind. When I need an adjuster, I know who to call.

The insurance companies don’t want you to know about people like this. It will seem like they are helping you out with a claim, but PLA pointed out how they were cutting corners and not paying what is really due.
