Excellent Food and Service - The best in Lake County!

We have lived here three years and al but gave up on the local restaurants. We rolled the dice and tried again. This time we hit the jackpot. This is the best food in Lake County. The blackened fish and shrimp were excellent. the Pizza was good and the boom boom shrimp tacos were on point. Hands down the best in Lake County. Wade was our server and did an excellent job of waiting on our table.

I don't usually visit these types of food establishments, but was quite surprised and had a great experience at the Lake House on Superbowl Sunday. We ordered drinks, wings, and fried mushrooms and the food was good! Wings were crispy and not the typical mush I'm used to getting at other places. The service was great with a very friendly staff. They definitely kept our drinks full. Will visit again!

My wife and I ate here on a very busy night the staff was running around like crazy yet they remained calm and cool and cheerful. The food was exceptional, especially the fried mushroom appetizer. We had burgers, she the blue cheese and me the swamp burger both excellent. Prices very reasonable. This is the best place to eat in Mt. Dora

It's been years since I last established the Lake House Bar & Grill why I have no clue. All I can say that that will never happen again. The 4 of us were telling each other how we all loved our meals. They were all outstanding A special thank you to my server "Socks" she was wonderful, professional and so friendly. This a GREAT place to get a great meal and kick back All the people who work go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home

We stopped here on our way to view the lights in downtown Mount Dora. The bar was quite full the restaurant did not have many people seated.

We got drinks right away but waited quite a long time for someone to come and take care order and then for the food to be made. Even though we were not in a big hurry it did seem like a long time and getting service.

The waitress was extremely apologetic and the bartender was very personable
