(July 25, 2018, 3:14 pm)Would give 6 stars if possible. Thought I had a septic issue. Called Prime and Heath was at my door in less than 20 mins. After a full inspection, Heath said I could clear up my issues by using a certain chemical. I surely appreciated his honesty and integrity and saving me some money. This is a first class operation that I will definitely use again. It is so refreshing to see a company whose employees take such pride in their work.

I was with 2 of my buyers during a home inspection today when we noticed something a little strange in the front yard. The problem item looked like it may have been related to the septic system. I called Prime Plumbing and they sent Heath over within 20 minutes from the time I had called them. He was very friendly and nice and really seemed to know what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. It turns out everything was fine with the septic. Their price was very reasonable to pump and inspect the system. The pumping and inspection were worth every penny. Thank you !! I will be happy to refer you to all of my Real Estate customers :)
