(December 4, 2020, 6:36 pm)We're getting ready to break ground for our new home being built by Maronda Homes. Very happy with the service and options they offer while not killing the budget. Especially love the portal that you can use to check on the progress of the home that you might not be able to see from just driving by.
(October 7, 2020, 7:27 am)Great location and excited for the new house to be built. While the experience was easy to go through in selecting the options, I just wish there were more options available than what was presented. Paying for upgrades because you don't want the bare standard option, but even the upgraded options aren't really what you want. Overall we will be happy with the new home, but unfortunately will have to be doing renovations to the new house since what was wanted is not available, even if we were willing to pay for it.
