From the time you enter Step By Step Therapy everyone makes you feel welcome and front desk staff is very friendly. My son has been attending sessions with Mr. Jim who is excellent at teaching and working with him on his speech improvement journey. We had previously attended speech therapy with a different company and it didn’t even come close to the help we have gotten here. My son even ask to go to speech now. Would definitely recommend.

My son has attended step by step for speech therapy for about 3 months now. Mr. Jim the owner is my sons therapist. He is amazing! My son loves going to see him and I see such a huge improvement in his speech! My son would just shut down on me when I would ask him to talk to me or he would say one word sentences and couldn’t sound the word out correctly. My son is 3yo and now he is putting more than 3 words together and actually tries to explain to me if I don’t understand him the first time. Definitely recommend step by step!!!

This place is amazing my son has been going here for months and has made such an improvement. Mr.Jim the owner is the best. My son is always so happy when I tell him we’re going to speech. ❤️ I would definitely recommend😊

Not sure about these other reviews but I've had a great experience with this company. I'm beyond grateful to have found this office. This place is a life saver. My son started speech therapy here about a year and a half ago. He barely said 50 words and could not even put 2 words together. There was a lot of grunting and pointing, and a lot of frustration on his part and mine. Now he's speaking in full sentences! I'm in awe on a daily basis with the progress he has made. He loves going here and he loves his therapists Charisse and Amanda! The fact that he can communicate his needs and wants, without having a complete breakdown, makes life so much easier for the whole family.
