I have lived here since 2011. Yes the place was nice when Keith Buse owned it but the new owner is still making progress as to remodeling the place, restaurant and park area. When a park was lax on things and when new people step in and change things then of course people dont like it. And when you pay your rent and follow the rules then you dont have anything to worry about.
