  My visit to the Stretch Zone at
  Lady Lake, FL “The Villages”
  was great!
  
  I scheduled a 1hr introduction. 30 min. Health history evaluation and a 30 min aprox. stretch.
  
  Emmanuel “Manny “ was great at explaining from start to finish what would be done and what was needed from me.
  
  I felt the gentle stretch’s and they do them in stages so you can really reach your full ROM safely.
  
  I determined this is definitely something I want to try going forward. I signed up with them. Too many packages to list here. You can just schedule without any membership but price will be non-member rate.

  I went to Stretch Zone hurting from a fall and had a difficult time walking without hurting . Manny did my initial evaluation and provided an initial treatment.
  Amazingly, just after first experience, I already hurt quite a bit less.
  Looking forward to future visits. Already have several scheduled

  Went for the introductory stretch and came away impressed. My legs and shoulders felt heavy and tired. After the stretch session I felt relieved. My walking was easier and my pace increased. Shoulders had more movement. I will be back for more sessions.

  Purchased Black Friday special for 3 stretches to try it out. I couldn’t be more pleased! All the folks there are super friendly and helpful. Just 3 sessions made such a difference in my mobility, I will be signing up for more.

  Manny was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. But he put me at ease and it was a great experience. On my first full visit I had Brittney and was was fantastic as well. I felt great as I left on both visits. Can't wait for my next one!
