Rocket Rooter Plumbing

This company was great!!! Everyone else said 2 weeks before they could come pump out our septic. Rocket Rooter came right out and the Technician, Blake, was the best. He was very helpful and professional. If I ever need this again I will definitely call them again, and I will ask for Blake!! Thank you so much!!

I called Rocket router and they came next day first thing in the morning. Thinking we needed a major job to be done Kevin fixed it properly without making a large job out of it and saving us money. I would use rocket router again and refer them to anybody who asked.

They were great. Everyone else wanted to schedule to pump our septic 1 to 2 weeks out. These guys came and did it next day. Werent here long. Very straight forward and professional. Highly recommended

We had a water leak next to our water heater and it seemed to come from behind the laundry room wall. I called the plumbing company that previous homeowner had used and they told me they could come ...but "early next week" ... so ... I crossed them out. Then I googled a "same day service plumbing" and called the first listed company but it went to voice mail so I looked at reviews average for "same day service" and Rocket Rooter had 4.8 out 5 so I called them and ... To my surprise a real person answered and told me they were available and would be in 1-2 hours bc they were finishing up another project. They showed up on time that morning, found the water pipe leaking in less than a minute, fixed it and I decided to replace the original (old water heater) to avoid a predictable problem in the near future. In summary, in the event of emergency or routine plumbing services they are my new "go-to" plumbing company bc of their prompt response and professionalism and I would highly recommend to neighbors and anyone else reading this review.

Dependable, professional, punctual, cordial, economical. They cleaned my septic tank. Would definitely recommend.
