RV COLLISION OF FLORIDA

The repairs done were very much to my satisfaction. This repair location was recommended to me by the maker of my Thor coach, I called and spoke with Ms. Lydeysa, I couldn’t give an exact time as to when I could be there to actually make an appointment, I explained the problem with my window shade, sent a few pictures, and I was told to come in on the day (3days away) I would be in the area and they would take care of me, that sounded great to me, the day before I was to be in the area, I discovered a horrible stench, rotten egg smell in my water ( I thought I’d die 😩 😣 UGH) breath taking and not in a good way, I called Ms. Lydeysa again, asked if they could possibly take care of this 💀 deadly smell, she said yes, she was sure they could, again that sounded great to 😊 me. I arrived early on the day I had planned, and left hours later, with problems resolved ♥️♥️♥️ the guys that worked on my unit were so professional and kind, they told me everything they were doing as they did it, asked if I approved of how they were doing things (amazing), in the past I’ve taken two previously owned rigs to different repair shops, and I got to wait and hope all is well, not here, every step of the way I was informed.
I definitely would return here for any type of repair I would need and I would highly recommend this shop, thank you is not really enough for how grateful I am, got me in and out on the same day. Ms. Lydeysa is so lovely 🥰 and professional, as was everyone there, I saw them working on other rigs, but they truly made me feel as if I were their only customer, if your rig needs anything, I would suggest you contact them.
