Like all businesses (and a Doctors office is a business) they can struggle with certain employees. Generally I found his office staff to be courteous. However what matters to me the most is the doctor himself. That said, in my opinion Doctor Goss is superb. He spent time with me explaining what we were going to be looking for and the purpose of the battery of tests that he was about to run. He spent exceptional amounts of time reviewing the results. He listened to my concerns and took the time to address them all. Happy news everything came out clear. I was so relieved. I highly recommend Dr. Goss”
