In my case my car was damage by a car fire on a parking garage at work. I'm very happy how it came out. You can't even tell that my car was damaged by fire. He fixed it in 2 days! “I'm sorry to say my experience has been very disappointing thus far. I ordered a new cutter on June 7 and it arrived defective right out of the box. I followed the procedure to return the item and that's the last I've seen of the cutter. I've sent numerous emails and phone calls trying to get an update, but have yet to hear from anyone. As someone who has owned a business, I find this lack of customer service unacceptable. I'm amending my original review. Chad personally resolved my issues and I am now the proud owner of a functioning Zing Orbit. The product works great and I'm looking forward to many years of use. Thanks again Chad for your help.”
