“I chose Allstate over the "online" insurance because I wanted the personal touch of having my own agent. I've been with Mark A lamb just shy of 4yrs. I just had my first claim after a hit and run in Daytona beach area. The claim was addressed quickly and my automobile was in the shop the very next day. Then I get a call from the home office Claims Adjuster disputing a portion of my damage and telling me that they were not going to cover that part of the damage as it seemed not consistent with the rest of the damage.
