“i don't know what the deal was on the 1 star but this place deserves the full five, easily. Hands down the best ice cream I've ever had. My only complaint is that they don't really advertise that its homemade and spun in their store. They need to let it be known because that can be a deal breaker for some. Its sad because seeing the three star review almost turned me away, but im so glad I stopped because as stated previously, best ice cream, best waffle cone, and it was all handmade. These ladies are awesome and so friendly, you really have to see it for yourself.”

“OMG!!!The attached ice cream shop! this is the most amazingly wonderful place in ALL of Astor! The ice cream lady had an amazing hidden talent (considering she can't eat her own product). She was a daily stop on our trip to the springs. Super thick, rich and creamy! Homemade waffle cones! Bring some cash to leave a tip lol she'll earn it! We will be making this a regular stop on our visits to Florida. (Only 45 minute beautiful drive to Daytona) Oh yes and there was some very beautiful glass work on the shop. Better quality and lower prices compared to the city we are from.”

“My first time at this place and they have all types of meat. They also sell meals such as fried chicken (2, 3, 4, 5 10, etc) with fries and biscuits. I peaked at their counter and it all looked good. Besides there meat variety (I picked up a large Brisket, 60.00) they carry a variety of groceries. Must admit, prices are decent and Choice meat. Enjoy, I hope to enjoy my brisket.”

“Edit: The owner resolved the issue to our customers satisfaction. I am a realtor and one of my listings has a pool that is supposed to be taken care of by pinch a Penny in lady lake. I went to show the house this week and the water level was incredibly low. Apparently they saw the level was low and noted a leak but didn’t say anything to either the owner or myself (my sign is very prominent on the lawn). They supposedly fixed it two days later. I then spent hours re filling the pool. The “technician” came back yesterday, Friday, but was in such a rush to “get home before it starts raining” he left the pool looking green and still with no pump. He then said he wouldn’t be back until Tuesday. So that leaves a house with a green pool and no pump over the weekend. I called the store and the woman who I spoke with was terribly rude. All of her answers were condescending like I was interrupting her day. I now have a listing with a green pool and no pump over the weekend.”

“I really like the experience I have had at this salon. The techs are happy and pleasant. My stylist, Christina has great skills, knowable about style and I absolutely love my hi-lights! Friday she tried a new technique to apply a full head of hi-lights and it was a great success! I also like the fact I’m not forced to get a blow out after my color and wash or cut. Another salon would not let me leave with my curly style and did harsh blowouts that split my ends. Thank you for not having such a crazy rule. Looking forward to the October color event. :)”
