(December 11, 2020, 3:51 pm)I have been taking a weekly private yoga class and can't say enough about the owner, Cindy. The class has a mix of elements that we work on each week as well as new flows to keep everything fresh and interesting. Each class starts with an intention for the practice and Cindy is quick with praise and gentle with corrections. She is always well prepared for class and her years of experience are evident in her teaching. Highly recommend both her private class and studio classes.
(May 13, 2020, 12:25 am)I have a long interesting history with Island Yoga Space and Cindy Phillips. She was the first yoga teacher that inspired and challenged me enough to come to a second class. That was 2003, and I went to so many classes we soon became friends. I've been coming to Island Yoga Space since before it found it's current home in Body & Sol Spa many years ago. Fast forward to present and I am now part owner of that very spa. Suffice to say IYS is like home to me. With excellent teachers and a variety of classes it might end up being your OM away from home too!

(January 25, 2017, 1:31 pm)Couldn't have chosen a more beautiful & peaceful place to enjoy yoga than on the beach! The instructor was knowledgeable and the level of yoga was very enjoyable. Can't wait to return.
