The owners are amazing and always there if you need them.. A bit expensive but still a great place that is furnished..

Pleasant safe and comfortable

I found this place and booked based on the recommendation of my cousin who stayed here before. I believe these new owners must have bought the place recently and they were amazing and super responsive. I did have to call in my reservation well in advance as they do get booked up fast (!!). The space was clean and safe and the location is AMAZING! Near the water and in a super cute and quaint Anna Maria Island, near all the hot beaches, restaurants and malls. I definitely recommend trying to get a room here, they come set up with full kitchens and all. I already booked my next stay! Can't wait!!

This place is a great location, the owners are extremely nice and kind. We needed a place to move fast, and bam! We where lucky to be welcomed here. During the day its peaceful + during the night its peaceful as well!
They offer both efficiencies for a reasonable price for the location also offering a 1 bedroom for just a little extra weekly. Theres an island in the middle of the complex with grass and a sitting area and a play area for children. This place is different from all the negative comments, as long as you do right, you have nothing to worry about.
