We needed the deceased’s remains taken care of in Florida and then returned to our PA home for internment, which presented some problems unique to the circumstances. But, through Shannon, I was able to have everything that needed to be done taken care of completely without traveling to Florida myself, and Suzy, the staff member I dealt with for these arrangements, did it all with gentle, caring service. “Luisa and her staff did a fantastic job remaking a bed skirt to fit our adjustable beds. We recently bought two Leggett and Platt adjustable twin beds with lumbar support, but we could not find a ready-made bed skirt for them that would work with these particular beds. The ready-mades were either not the right fabric, or height or width or would not allow for the lumbar support mechanism. After finding Custom Sewing by Luisa on Google, we were able to buy two ready-made 18- inch matelassé skirts which Luisa and her staff altered to make them narrower and added buttonholes for the metal supports at the foot of each bed and plackets to allow the lumbar support to raise and lower through the center of the platform on each bed skirt. Doing this saved us a “bundle” that fabric stores would have charged to make custom skirts for us. Luisa is very professional; she returns calls and emails quickly and provides excellent customer service. We especially like that we can talk to her directly about the specifics of what we need rather than having to explain it to a salesperson who then passes the details along to a workroom. We are so satisfied with the result of our bed skirt project that we are already scheduled for our next two projects with Luisa.”

“I highly recommend Bayshore Rehab. My husband was greatly helped by them 3 yars ago for a neck injury that put him in terrible pain. The methods Leny and Vlady use were just what he needed. Leny used electrical stimulation of the muscles involved, and it helped stop the spasms that were paining my husband. Vlady then followed up with massage, which further relaxed and helped heal the damaged muscles. Of course, they also gave him exercises to do to strengthen the weak muscles so that his problem didn't reoccur. Just recently I have been greatly helped by Leny and Vlady also. I had a frozen neck, and could barely open my mouth or turn my head because of the pain. They used the same methods that helped my husband, and after the first treatment, I was able to turn my head, and it has just continued to get better with each treatment. I also do the exercises Leny recommended, which has almost given my neck the range of motion of an owl! I am 69 years old. I have had rehab for similar issues, such as a frozen shoulder and back problems in another state. No massage was given, no electrical stimulation, and the therapist left me on my own to do exercises. I left the place week after week with the same tight muscles, which could have speedily been helped with Leny's methods. If you have a good excuse for physical therapy, choose Bayshore Rehabilitation! You won't regret it, and especially if you have chronic issues with tight muscles, you can find relief.”
