I just feel I need to share my experience with Cassidy at Covell Funeral Home. When my husband passed away recently I was numb, everything seemed like it was impossible. I could barely function. Simply put the grief was overwhelming. I went to him because a nurse friend I worked with years ago told me how wonderful he was. Still, When I walked in for my appointment I felt like I couldn't go thru this. First thing out of my mouth was... " this can't take long, I can't do this" I'm sure my comment didn't come out sounding very polite. He was so kind & empathetic & helpful. He even took the time to listen to me painfully babble ... I still don't remember what I said but the point is that he listened & cared. I can't thank you enough Cassidy . I will always remember how kind he was to me. & because of that I started my healing journey on the right track. . It's a big adjustment that could've started out badly had he not been there in a positive way. I wish him only the best. Being a nurse , empathy is so important & he is a wonderful example of this . I have now had three family members taken there for cremation in Aug 2013 my step-dad, end of Jan 2014 my brother, and this month my mother. They have been so helpful and willing to answer questions which I can be a royal pain about. This is all new to me as my mother did everything for my step-dad and brother.

Cassidy and his wife were very sweet and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

I worked with Cassidy and i have to say he made the whole process so easy and as quick as possible. He answered any questions I had. Kept me up to date on the whole process and was so friendly, had good customer service and a good attitude. And if I called and missed him he'd call back pretty quick. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service done. This whole process is extremely hard but he made it alot easier. Couldn't thank him enough.
