Riverwalk

Very clean play ground area. The splash pad was just jets, but the water was a perfect temperature. Easy access to restrooms that were also well maintained and clean. Parking on site.
Walking along the river was enjoyable. Lots of fun benches and seating to sit and enjoy the view.

It is so beautiful and kid friendly at this Riverwalk!!! I love the playground set up and design and the fact that they have a splash pad to beat the Florida heat. The views along the water are so beautiful and there are pleasant little pieces of art along the walk. I hear there is also a skate park but we did not venture down that way. If you want a little sweet treat there is an ice cream shop over by the marina and the Bishop museum is right there as well. Parking was also very easy which I enjoy and greatly appreciate.

A very nicely planned area to walk. One thing to keep it from 5 stars is the dog poop you must dodge. The dog owners should be more appreciative and considerate. However, the park has plenty of seating and is nice view along the Manatee River.

Feels like I haven’t been to the Riverwalk in forever! I enjoyed spending some time there and watching the sunset. It’s a perfect place to take a walk, feel the fresh air, and admire the nature.

I admired how they had clear, clean sidewalks. There were several benches, seating was not an issue. The Riverwalk extends from the Green Bridge to the DeSoto bridge and a bit further. It has a skateboard park, a playground, and volleyball court. Great place to ride your bike or walk your dog. .
