(May 5, 2021, 6:23 pm)The service was fast and friendly. But I jave a few complaints when it comes to the coupons. When I order online - My store doesn't accept the online deals. Second- I was at the restaurant ordering but forgot my coupons at home. But I figured I could simply give them the coupon codes and be set. But i was told no, she didn't know how to do it manually and needed to scan each coupon to get savings. So my daughter and I had to walk all the way home and bring coupons back to be scanned and get our food.

Anyone would be lucky to be greated and have their food made by her. 1 in a million. She deserves to be the person training every subway manager on how to runs things across the US. They broke the mold with her, there isn't another.
(February 28, 2021, 7:31 pm)I have always liked subway but I have had more trouble trying to order from the app than just going and getting my food. I was given a pick up time an hour and a half after I ordered, that makes hot food cold.
