  I was in a lot of pain and my dentist was not available. It was 2:30p in the afternoon and I was calling around looking for someone who could do a root canal. I found Dr. Jackson Sullivan’s office on google and read through all the google reviews. I couldn’t agree more with the reviews. They took me in last minute, stayed late to finish my root canal. The office was clean, the staff were top notch and Dr. Sullivan was extremely gentle. I feel like they went over and beyond for a stranger. I would highly recommend this practice and will use them again.

  My anxiety level began to drop, the minute I walked into the office after meeting Andrea at the front desk. Her pleasant and calm demeanor helped to calm me down. After meeting Dr. Sullivan, I was even more at ease. His thorough explanation made the procedure understandable. He provided a step by step explanation of the process and discussed possible outcomes. In fact, after reviewing my case, he determined the tooth would not benefit from the procedure. I appreciated his honesty! I would not hesitate to return to this office should the need arise.

  I was impressed with Dr Sullivan’s services. His staff put me at ease with my first phone call. There was no sitting in the waiting room.I was told when to show and was immediately cared for when I arrived. Dr. Sullivan after looking at my X-rays told me what he would be doing to fix my tooth. What was really impressive was his modern equipment where he could display your X-ray and explain why I was having pain and his procedure to fix it. A root canal is not on the top of my list of fun activities but Dr.Sullivan made me comfortable as possible and I never felt any pain. Today I feel great.

  Dr Sullivan took the time to explain to me how my tooth issue came about so quickly. State of the art equipment, using a microscope to complete a root canal. Injection technique was great. Very thorough. Included a follow up from the office the next day. Best experience I've had with a dentist.

  I had an emergency root canal. Dr. Sullivan and is incredible staff made me a patient for life! Everyone on his team is kind, competent, caring and go the extra yard. Dr. Sullivan did a brilliant job on my root canal... no pain, no problems afterward. He did great work, cared about my comfort and the outcome. He carefully explained my situation in terms I could fully understand. I cannot offer enough praise and appreciation to Dr. Sullivan and his office. If you need periodontal work, this is the place to go.
