I am a ten year repeat customer and without their expertise I would have been forced to retire due to hearing loss.

(Brief background: I was born with bilateral moderate to severe hearing loss, been wearing hearing aids since 6 years old)I first went to EarTech back in 2015 when I needed new hearing aids. Mark Krywko gave me a hearing test and from that information (as well as my past history) recommended a pair I was very satisfied with. The services rendered were excellent. Mark did a wonderful job with knowledge and care.

After that, I would occasionally come in for services, which were offered for free (unless a part needed to be replaced) and performed efficiently with great care. I met Jason for the first time back in 2021 when I needed some service and he handled it excellently.

In 2022, I needed new ones once again and I decided to go back to EarTech due to my positive experience. Jason, like his father, gave me a hearing test and from that information (as well as my past history) recommended a pair I am very satisfied with. The services rendered were excellent.

This place is amazing! Can’t say enough good things about this guy and this business. We were on vacation and my husbands hearing aid quit working.
