James came right over to diagnose problem with my RV fridge and helped me order necessary parts. Once parts arrived he quickly installed them to get fridge running. Also helped deal with warranty and helping ship part back to manufacturer. Very professional and went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended!!!
James installed a walk-in shower kit in my manufactured home which involved unexpected adaptations and finish work. James is knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and efficient. He works quickly and cleanly and his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.
James replaced a cooling unit for RV Norcold Refrigerator. He sent us the information for the unit we needed to order, the preferred company, and options. James scheduled the repair as soon as our unit was delivered. We were happy with his professionalism and understanding. We were without a refrigerator for two weeks so to have him show up when he said he would and completing the job as expected was so appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
We had a leaky black tank valve on our RV. We live in our RV full time so time is of the essence for repairs. James was quick to respond and diagnose the problem. He was able to resolve with a temporary fix while the replacement part was ordered and came back a week later to complete the permanent repair. James was professional and is obviously very knowledgeable in his trade. I would highly recommend James for your RV service needs.
I have used James for multiple repairs on my 1951 Spartan trailer. The first repair was a “treasure hunt”. I had no water pressure. After the park checked their water lines it was determined that the pressure problem was internal to the trailer. James had to disassemble pipes under the kitchen sink, bathroom and under trailer. After hours of work he used an air compressor to clear the lines. Somehow an acorn had gotten in the line and blocked most of the water flow. It flew out of the line and burst when hitting the concrete. Some other contractors would have given up but he did not. Since then he has done a plumbing leak and an electrical addition to the trailer. He is punctual, fair in pricing and totally trustworthy. So glad to have found him.
