I've been using Extra Space Storage for about 4 yrs as I downsized from a 3,000+ sq ft house to a 770 sq ft house. I recently received notice of an almost $50.00 rent increase. I spoke to their representative, Mike, about moving to a smaller unit. He agreed to let me stay in my current unit & negotiated a rate increase of less than $5.00. Mike was very knowledgeable about options, and understanding. I'm so glad he worked with me so I didn't have to move to a different storage unit company.

I decided to store my things here because its very close to my house. I have had storage with a different company in the past and what I keep recomending to people is how safe I felt going to Extra space storage. The grounds are always very clean inside and out. Very easy to fond a unit, I did the entire reservation online. The unit was easy to find and I always felt safe going there by myself in the evening or night time. When planning to vacate my storage unit, I had a few questions so I called the location and John was extremely kind and helpful everytime we spoke. Oh, AND there are always carts available. I've never had to wait for someone else to use a cart. Thank you

Extra Space goes above and beyond renting a unit! They had solutions to my issue (left my key in another state!) in a timely manner to help me stay on my move plan. Appreciate the great and friendly customer service as well as attention to detail and accuracy on my move in/out activities. Definitely will rent here again if I ever need storage options in the future.

Always a pleasant experience dealing with John at our local storage facility. We have needed storage for several reasons and he always goes out of his way to help! Clean storage, excellent customer service and great rates! Quick and easy process to rent a unit and the 800 number for reservations even helped us when on the road to rent, sign by email and have everything set when we arrived during the recent storm preparation. I found this facility to be very clean and user-friendly. It is easy to access both the gate and the buildings were your private access code. John, the manager, is very helpful and very thorough. He will make sure you are a satisfied customer if it is in his power to do so. I highly recommend this location at this time. Elaine
