This is by far the best food truck I have been too in Manatee County,And trust me I've been to quite a few. Starting with the chef,She is as genuine and kind and pleasant and loving as they come.She looks forward to fixing your dish because she knows how good it is and can't wait to find see your reaction,almost as if its Christmas morning and she knows what the kids are gonna get but she is soo excited to see their reactions. She truly brings the same qualities it takes into being a great mother and wife to the magic that she works in that truck. Being a Yankee like her from the same State, there are 2 thing about us. We are real to the core. "What you see is what you get" "we tell it how it is" And there is no cutting corners or short changing when it comes to the quality of food that we expect. The many different dishes I have tried in this truck has taken me back to the great tasting food I used to have in NY. No matter the culture whether is be Italian,Hispanic,Caribbean,Russian,the quality and taste of the dishes. Food back home left your mouth in awe. Same with this truck. Every dish has awaken my taste buds and brought me back. I have never found a dish I didn't like and i have treid quite a few.I truly look forward to coming here. If you haven't take my word for it,you won't regret it.

Food is delicious

Went to get my car washed today and found out they had food. So I called my co workers and we all got lunch to go - we got several of the empanadas and tacos. It was all excellent, not one bad remark from anyone! The tacos are by far the best ones I've had in Bradenton or Sarasota. Lots of meat and flavor. Will definitely be back!
